WHAT IS DESTINY

Fear of death has become the most painful subject to mankind. The instincts that we use to survive are the same ones that generate this fear.

So when do we die?

From one perspective, we die when we grow old, when we have given all that we have to the generations behind us. From another, it’s carelessness. And from another, it’s accidental.

But what if there is something we can do about it?

This is not some medical diagnosis and treatment. It is not some spiritual evolution. We have one physical body, and it’s our job to take care of it.

When we make a decision, any decision, a sequence of events follow. In this way, we become the authors of our life, redirecting the energy we consume, leaving fate doubted, and exercising our freedom.

During this process, even when our minds rage with information and societal standards, a bigger influence is how we feel. These feelings, emotions, electrical sensations, energetic vibrations, whatever you want to call them, are sensed throughout our body. We do house our own electrical field, as an individual, but with our interactions, we pass these feelings through the earth’s circuit system.

As we tune into other vibrations via other bodies, or through the metaphysical, like thoughts and speech, they have the ability to cause a physical reaction in us. That’s why it’s important we learn how to manage what comes in and what goes out, because like us, energy is connected to all living things. We influence them, and they influence us.

On the outside of our body, we can see the reflection of this exchange- what we are retaining and what is being shared. Visually speaking, we gain weight in areas where the energy is being stored, kind of like pumping air into a balloon, and we age and break down in areas where the energy is given, like squeezing the juice from a fruit.

Energy flow is important. Releasing pent up or harmful energy and holding onto certain vibrations that benefit us are part of this balance act, but because there are multiple fields we are connected through, there are different requirements for different parts of our body.

A foundation needs to be established first. That’s our most primal instincts, what we are naturally born with, and ending with our most divine selves, embracing our power, our strength.

The next several articles will express my view on how to avoid our self destruction. It is designed to make us feel a little bit safer in our own bodies, and show us why we should take responsibility for them.

To embody unconditional, undying love, and be able to share this energy with the world, we must stabilize the energy within us first.
